AquaGlow is a medical grade treatment and alternate to more invasive skin treatments. We use a fine touch microchannel device to deliver small droplets of a custom mixed therapeutic solution into the skin. This method allows for greater absorption of the active ingredients. The microchannel tool allows for customized treatments for individual patients in order to correct issues such as fine lines, uneven skin tone, facial hyperhydrosis, pore size, and decreased skin elasticity. ​

Treatment IncludeS:

Botox/Dysport - Used to decrease pore size, reduce redness, and improve both acne and rosacea. When used in this more dilute and superficial dose, the result is that skin appears smoother, with improved skin tone. Botox/Dysport are the only recognized treatment that has an actual physical effect on pore size.

Hyaluronic Acid - Used to provide extra volume to the facial tissue. Dermal fillers containing hyaluronic acid holds water and moisturizes, it is a gel-like substance that absorbs water and brings deep skin hydration to the treated areas resulting in improved firmness, elasticity and smoothness.

Vitamin B12 - Essential for healthy hair, skin, and nails, Vitamin B12 helps to regulate the production of pigment in the skin, helping to prevent dark spots and pigmentation. Vitamin B12 also assists the body with the metabolism of protein which, in turn, promotes the growth of healthy skin cells and helps to repair damaged skin.

PRP - Used to stimulate collagen and elastin production to thicken and tighten thinning skin, it improves skin tone and texture; smooths fine lines and wrinkles; and acts as an antioxidant and has hydrating properties. The benefits of PRP help improve skin gradually over months.

Glutathione - An antioxidant naturally found in human cells that neutralizes free radicals, boosts the immune system and detoxifies the body. It can also cause skin lightening by converting melanin to a lighter color and deactivating the enzyme tyrosinase, which helps produce the pigment.

Best candidate:

AquaGlow is best used for patients who are looking for a softer, more youthful appearance, but do not require dramatic changes. Microchanneling treats the superficial layers of the skin to provide a moderate, though noticeable, improvement in skin texture, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and increase in collagen production.

While microchanneling is not a replacement for injectable treatments, the small size allows for treating tighter spaces, and the small volume of solution that is applied helps to ensure an even, natural result. It can be effectively used on the face, neck, and décolletage.

There is little or no down time after the procedure. There may be a little redness for 1-2 days, but no bruising or chance of a frozen muscle look. The only restriction after the procedure is that you can’t wash your face for three to four hours. Patients get an immediate improvement on their faces, necks, or décolletage for several months. This procedure can be done every 3-4 months to get accumulative improvement.
